A small grove in South Australia, harvested early for flavour over yield.
Three things make this a society, not a subscription.

Curation
Not assembled. Considered. Every find chosen because it earns its place on the table.

Discovery
Exclusively sourced from small Australian producers. Every find has a story worth telling.

Community
We intentionally keep our community small so we can work closely with independent Australian producers.
Membership opens to 150 founding members at launch. When it's full, it's full.
The Long Lunch
Named for the table our founder grew up around. Long lunches that stretched into evening, olive oil poured generously, bread always within reach. Six independent Australian producers, chosen because they belong together. Something to dip, something to spread, something worth opening a bottle for. An afternoon that goes longer than planned. That's the whole point.

We curate your edition
Every two months, Savour Society delivers a curated box of independent Australian producers to your door. Each edition is built around a table moment — a hosting occasion, a season, a mood.
It arrives at your table
Your edition arrives in a bespoke Savour Society box. The card inside tells the story of the small Australian producers behind each find.
I grew up in a Greek-Australian family where food was never simply food. The table was where everything happened.
Woven into that upbringing was filotimo — a Greek concept that resists neat translation, living somewhere between generosity, pride, and the quiet conviction that things worth doing are worth doing properly. Savour Society was born from that conviction.
