Six times a year, 150 members receive a curated drop of things that belong together on a table, sourced exclusively from independent Australian producers who make extraordinary things in small quantities, well below the radar of supermarket shelves. Each drop is built around a hosting moment rather than a product category.

  • Sourdough lavosh — from a Croatian-heritage baker on the Sunshine Coast who started her business on the first day of the COVID lockdown.

  • Pear, fig and chardonnay jam — from Jervis Bay.
  • Marinated leeks — from the Hawkesbury.
  • Dark chocolate cherries — from a French-trained chocolatier in Canberra.

A few things you might be wondering.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. You can cancel before your next billing date, and you won’t be charged for the following drop. Once a drop has been billed and preparation has begun, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Can I purchase an individual drop?

Add your ansNot during the founding phase. Membership allows us to commit to our producers and plan each drop properly. After member allocations are confirmed, a small number of boxes may occasionally become available for one-off purchase. These will be offered to our waitlist first, on a first-come, first-served basis.

How do founding memberships work?

Savour Society is opening to just 150 founding members. The founding rate is $179 per drop, billed every two months. Once the founding allocation is filled, this rate will close and won’t be offered again.
